Terms of Service

Purchase of RAW Files constitutes acceptance of these terms and supplements the original photography agreement previously executed by the parties. Except as expressly modified herein, all provisions of the original agreement remain in full force and effect.

RAW Files are delivered as captured source materials and may differ substantially from Photographer’s edited work. Client understands and accepts that RAW Files have not undergone Photographer’s standard artistic editing process.

Photographer reserves the right to determine which RAW Files, if any, are included in the purchase and may exclude duplicate frames, test images, out-of-focus images, accidental captures, or technically rejected files.

All fees related to RAW File purchases are non-refundable once delivery has occurred.
